I don't think it was there originally, the picture I downloaded when I received the notification that you posted it didn't have the necklace either. So it would seem that you either accidentally hid the layer it was on (if you use PS or something like it) or just forgot to draw it.

I would like it to be fixed if it's not too much trouble.

Just as a note the heart-shaped stone that is the pendant is about the size of the gems used in the Elements of Harmony, just to give you a comparison.
